PANTSMONSTRES Stage II on sale Saturday!

Hey y'all. This Saturday, January the 3rd 2009, is a most momentous day. At approximately 7.00 PM eastern time, our newest addition to the MONSTREHERO family will be introduced to the world.
He is called Codename: PANTSMONSTRE STAGE II, and he will melt your face with his gnarled, slimey, barnacled glory.
He's bringing friends, too, like two new Mini Pants, a special extra-mossy DUO, and a rainbow sherbert homage.
Stay tuned to the MONSTRESHOP for your chance to grab these guys.

more INTERGALADIATOR

Here are some more INTERGALADIATOR shots. He's sort of been on the back burner for the last month or two while we geared up on other projects. Did some work on him today and I'm pretty psyched. I think he's our most ambitious figure yet, with a removable helmet, removable head/guts, movable arms and interchangeable accessories. If all goes according to plan, of course...

MONSTREPRINTS!

Hey everyone, just wanted to announce our first ever print sale! We've always loved old school printmaking (we both have degrees in it..) and we've been wanting to do some prints for awhile. Cliff has created three new lithographs; Codename P.A.N.T.s "Arrival", Visible P.A.N.T.s and a Victim #1 print with different sprayed texts! I've embellished a linocut of AXEFACE and SKULLMASTER with white ink for that extra comic book-y flavour. We hope you enjoy!

MONSTREHERO IN MIAMI!

So this past weekend us MONSTREHERO boys ventured down to dark, terrible Miami for the KAIJU MONSTER INVASION show at the Art Center of South Florida presented by Harold Golen Gallery. It was a sweet show with a lot of cool pieces, most notable the amazing 14 foot fiberglass Darkron made by Carlos Enriquez Gonzales. The thing was a beast, and was definitely the highlight for the many gallery visitors. We managed to sneak a few of our pieces in as well, and we were honored to share a cabinet with pieces from Le Merde, Bwana Spoons, Mark Nagata, Bob Conge, the boys from Gargamel and others.

We also managed to get away from the art shenanigans surrounding Art Base and retreat to Fort Lauderdale to ride their famous velodrome! Fun was had by all. Dig my white slipons and revealing bike shorts.

We should have most of the figures available for sale mid-January after the show ends, so please sign up for the email list if you haven't already if you'd like to be informed of further news and sales.

On with the pics (more on the flickr)!
