Haunted Scaryglow Blue MONSTREAPE PRE-ORDER now live!

Hey Monstrefans!

It's been awhile but we're back, again! But watch out, we've brought this scary guy along for the ride! The HAUNTED SCARYGLOW BLUE MONSTREAPE is here to give you chills and even some thrills. The 3" tall glow-in-the-dark made-in-Japan soft vinyl MONSTREAPE features fluorescent blue, yellow and white paint and a handmade resin MH logo accessory!

We're trying something new for his release; he's going to be an open pre-order starting today (7/20) and ending in a week, next Monday (7/27). He's still going to be pretty limited so no snoozing! Just kidding, take that nap, you look beat.

Jingle Ape is coming to town!

Merry Monstrehero! Look who's coming to town, it's the vinyl MonstreApe! This special holiday release of the MonstreApe (which so happens to be the first official Monstrehero-painted edition!) comes tricked out with a variety of green, red, and silver sprays on white vinyl and includes with a random metallic ornament! Perfect tree topper if you ask us.

DesignerCon 2011

Come see an all new Monstrehero figure sculpted by MonstreSean!  He will be at booth 211 on Sat Nov. 5 from 10 to 5 in the Pasadena Convention Center.

SDCC 2011

Another year, another SDCC! Thanks to everyone who came out to see our stuff at booth 4937, and especially big thanks to Matt, Jesse and Don for having us involved in the shenanigans. It was also great to see so many toy fiends and friends, sorry for the lack of Cliff and a short Sean visit.

Monkey Lovin' Valentine's Day Ape Set!

M(ysterious) Ape and his lady friend are having a little Valentine's Day celebration, and everyone's invited! This sickly sweet set is cast in crystal clear resin with transparent clear sprays and is available this Sunday, Feb. 13th at 12pm PST only at the MONSTRESHOP. Definitely beats flowers and a box of candy!

Our good pal Keith sent over these pics of his MONSTREHERO collection and all we can say is WOW. This is pure MH history right here. Lots of oldies and goodies, including lost and forgotten classics like the Veteran, SKULLMASTER and the (extremely limited) Mama PANTS Monstre! Thanks for the 3 (!) years of support Keith!

Blamo

Cliff created this one of a kind custom for Blamo Toys Nimbus custom show.  It's a larger version of the mini "G.L. Hutton" sculpted in epoxy on top of the wooden figure and painted with lots of fleshy,veiny, chubby goodness.

So these guys snuck into Paul Kaiju's store under the radar and I think were gone pretty quickly.  They are

Toxic Catalyst was awesome!

So we survived curating the Toxic Catalyst show, it was a awe inspiring showing of some well established resin artists as well as some you've probably never heard of.  Everyone delivered some of their best work yet and it was a blast displaying all the resin goodness together in one place.  The show should be up at the old Super 7 store for a few more weeks so check it out.  If you can't make it to Japantown here's some thorough coverage and the figures are up in the Super 7 webstore.
